Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Trackd platform at trackdrail.co.uk. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Trackd.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally entitled to work in the UK rail industry (as a contractor) or to recruit on behalf of a UK rail business (as a recruiter). Accounts are for the named individual or named agency only.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@trackdrail.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Contractor profiles & certifications
You must only upload certifications that genuinely belong to you and that are valid. Submitting forged, altered or expired documents will result in account termination and may be reported to the relevant authority. Verified badges are issued by Trackd based on the documentation provided and may be revoked at any time.
5. Recruiter use
Recruiter accounts may only contact contractors about genuine UK rail and rolling stock opportunities. Scraping, bulk-exporting or reselling contractor data is prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
6. Subscriptions & payments
- Contractor Pro: £20/month.
- Recruiter Starter: £149/month.
- Recruiter Standard: £299/month.
- Recruiter Agency: £499/month.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Trackd to post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or abusive content; harass other users; circumvent security; or interfere with the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
8. Hiring outcomes
Trackd is a marketplace. We do not employ contractors, do not guarantee placements, and are not party to any contract agreed between a contractor and a recruiter or end client. Conducting due diligence on the other party is your responsibility.
9. Intellectual property
Trackd, the Trackd logo and the platform software are owned by Trackd Ltd. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to host and display it for the purposes of operating the platform.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@trackdrail.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
