For contractors
Is it free to join?＋
Yes — creating a profile is completely free. You'll always be able to build a profile, upload certifications and be discoverable by recruiters at no cost.
How do I get verified?＋
Upload your certification documents (PTS, OLEC, coded tickets etc.) and the Trackd team verifies them within 48 hours. Once approved, a blue verified badge appears on your profile.
Will recruiters be able to see my earnings?＋
No — your earnings, tax and personal financial data are completely private and only visible to you in the 'My Personal' section of your dashboard.
For recruiters
Can other agencies see my job listings?＋
No — job listings are only visible to contractors. Competing agencies never see your jobs or your placed contractors.
Is my contractor data private?＋
Yes — all placement records, timesheets, invoices and client data are only visible to your agency. Nothing is shared between agencies on the platform.
Can I cancel any time?＋
Yes — every plan is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel from your dashboard any time and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
